Once Stormy Daniels took the stand, she revealed many alleged things about her time spent with Donald Trump. She claims that Donald discussed some details about Melania and their marriage together. One of these details involves their shared sleeping arrangements…or, more accurately, the lack of shared sleeping arrangements.

According to Daniels, Donald told her that he and Melania don’t sleep in the same room. By itself, this isn’t a smoking gun…plenty of couples sleep separately for benign reasons, including someone snoring or using a sleep apnea machine. However, to critics who already thought that the Trumps had a crumbling message, this revelation came as a confirmation of their suspicions

This wasn’t the only thing that Stormy Daniels said about the Trump’s marriage. And the next detail is perhaps even more circumstantial proof that something is weird with Donald and Melania Trump’s marriage.

Donald doesn’t want to hear Melania’s name?

Another interesting allegation from Stormy Daniels is that Donald Trump seemingly doesn’t want to hear his wife’s name. Daniels claims that at one point during the evening of the affair, she and Donald had a “very brief” conversation about Melania Trump. The reason it was so brief is that Trump allegedly didn’t have much to say about the topic!

The adult film star claims that when they spoke about Melania, Donald Trump closed his eyes and kept shaking his head. While Daniels didn’t speculate about the exact meaning, it seems to us that this is a dismissive act meant to say “don’t talk about that right now.”

While it doesn’t excuse the alleged affair, Trump not wanting to talk about his wife may be the most understandable part of all this. If we were in the middle of a cheating scandal that was destined to become a nationwide punchline, we wouldn’t want to talk about our spouse, either!

Melania may be waiting to pounce

Those who think Donald and Melania Trump’s marriage is just fine will often point to the fact that the two are still married. Many thought these two would get divorced at some point during the initial allegations about the affair with Stormy Daniels. That divorce never happened, though, and Melania has been the personification of the “stand by your man” mentality.

However, at least one person who knows Melania very well believes that the former First Lady is simply waiting for more ironclad proof. Stephanie Grisham, Melania’s former chief of staff and press secretary, told CNN “Melania is very much about proof, show proof. And so if some more damaging stuff should come out that she didn’t know about because, of course, her husband continues to deny all of the details here, about Stormy especially.”

At a Town Hall event earlier this year, Donald told a crowd that people love that Melania doesn’t make as many public appearances. “[The people] love the fact that she’s not out there so much. You know, a lot of first ladies will go out. They want to be everywhere.” He told the crowd that despite Melana’s love of privacy, “She’s going to be out a lot, not because she likes doing it, but she likes the result.”

Standing by her man and willingly facing the crowds and the tabloids? Given this strong level of support, it looks like Donald and Melania Trump’s marriage is doing just fine.
