For a time there was nothing bigger than the Twilight franchise. From its first book’s publication in 2006 to the first movie in 2008, Twilight was the next Harry Potter in popularity. Twilight’s trio of heroes were Bella Swan (played by Kristen Stewart) and her two love interests, Edward (played by Robert Pattinson) and Jacob (played by Taylor Lautner). Fans divided themselves into Team Jacob and Team Edward and couldn’t wait to find out what was going to happen. But while Stewart and Pattinson went on to have growing careers after the end of the series, Lautner’s career kind of fizzled out.
