The actual exercises vary, but she tends to favor regular athletic activity. And despite her busy schedule, she manages to find time to squeeze a workout in each day.

Everybody eventually finds their favorite form of exercise. For example, some people enjoy a morning run while others will only run if they are being chased by something. What, then, is the first lady’s favorite form of exercise?
It’s actually Pilates. And while this kind of exercise is awesome and effective all on its own, one of the reasons that Melania favors it is because it fits in with her busy lifestyle.
Pilates does not require a large space, and Melania has plenty of equipment in the White House, on the road, and in her various homes. That means that she can rock her favorite exercise wherever she goes.
Despite the love for Pilates, she also enjoys getting a little more “sporty” with her exercises every now and then, as we see with her next fitness tip below.
Serving It Up
Melania Trump enjoys playing tennis whenever she can. In fact, she enjoys tennis so much, she recently launched a new tennis pavilion project at the White House. She tweeted, “This structure will be a testament to American craftsmanship and skill.”

The tennis pavilion will include a 1,200 square foot limestone edifice 18 feet tall, with a copper roof. It will be erected west of the tennis court that was converted into a tennis/basketball court by President Obama. The idea behind the tennis pavilion is that it will provide a unifying element for the tennis court, the Children’s Garden started by Lady Bird Johnson, and the Kitchen Garden started by Michelle Obama.
But it’s not just tennis and Pilates that keeps Melania in such great shape at almost 50.
It’s tough to imagine ankle weights as part of anyone’s regular fitness routine. In fact, weights around feet conjure up more images of prisoners than they do of presidents and first ladies.
Nonetheless, Melania often wears ankle weights around the house. The reason for this is simple: it turns the very act of walking from one place to another into exercise.
