Kim Kardashian Won’t Tone Down Her Instagram When She Becomes a Lawyer

The world can breathe a sigh of relief: Kim Kardashian has confirmed she won’t tone down her Instagram pics when she becomes a lawyer.

The news comes courtesy of the Keeping Up With the Kardashians reunion special (part one), which airs tonight on the E! network.

In the interview, host Andy Cohen asked Kardashian whether she plans to “pull back on presenting [herself] so suggestively or sexily” in her upcoming law career.

“I thought about this,” Kardashian said. “And then I thought, ‘You can do it all. You can do whatever you want.'”

She also revealed it’s not the first time she considered the tone of her Instagram pics due to her professional life. “Like I remember going to the White House one time and I was like, ‘Ooh, I just posted a bikini pic. You know, I hope they’re not looking at my Instagram while I’m in here!’ And then I thought, ‘You know what, you’ve gotta be you.'”

Kardashian, who turned 40 last October, is embracing both her age and her body. She told Cohen she finds it “so freeing” to be able to “feel like, ‘F—k it. I’m 40! I’m in the best shape of my life and I want to post a bikini [picture] if I want to.'”

But “there will be limits” to what she posts if it makes her children uncomfortable, Kardashian said. “I also don’t want to embarrass my kids or make them feel a way if they’re in high school and I’m the embarrassing mom that’s posing in selfies and in bikinis.”

Kardashian shares four children, North, 8, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 2, with estranged husband Kanye West. Kardashian filed for divorce from West in February, and the proceedings are currently ongoing.

The daughter of famous attorney Robert Kardashian, Kim announced her intentions to follow in her father’s footsteps as a lawyer in 2019. Robert represented O.J. Simpson in his 1995 murder trial and passed away in 2003.

Recently, Kim revealed in one of the final episodes of Keeping Up With the Kardashians that she has failed the ‘baby bar’ law exam twice. She needs to pass this test before being able to take the regular bar exam, which will allow her to get a license to practice law.

Part one of the Keeping Up With the Kardashians reunion airs tonight at 8 p.m. ET on E! The second and final part of the reunion follows Sunday at 9 p.m. ET.
