Donald Trump is one of the most famous people on the planet. Accordingly, his children are all celebrities in their own right, with figures such as Ivanka Trump and Barron Trump becoming household names. However, there’s one part of Donald’s family that you likely don’t know as much about, and that’s his grandchildren.
Just who are these grandkids? What are they known for, and how does Trump himself feel about them? We’ve got the full scoop on each and every one of them. Keep reading to discover everything you need to know!
Eric ‘Luke’ Trump: the daddy’s boy
Eric Trump was named after his father, but he mostly goes by “Luke” these days. The son of Eric and Lara Trump, Eric was born in 2017. Since then, he has become something of a daddy’s boy, accompanying his famous father on fishing trips and dirt bike riding trips. And whatever you may think of Eric Trump, senior, one thing is clear: he truly loves his little boy, and they share a very precious bond.

Chloe Sophia Trump: the golfer
Chloe Trump is the daughter of Donald Trump, Jr. and Vanessa Trump and was born back in 2014. While Donald Trump has great love for all of his grandchildren, he seems to share a special bond with Chloe for a simple reason: she’s an avid golfer. She’s actually been playing since she was three and has now developed one heck of a swing. Her skills are certainly good enough to impress Donald Trump, as seen by an Instagram photo where she is posing with the president along with the caption “Sundays with Grandpa.”
Spencer Frederick: the fisherman
Spencer Frederick is actually the fourth child of Donald Trump, Jr. and Vanessa Trump and was born back in 2012. Since then, he has developed a great love of fishing with his father. Dear old dad is understandably impressed with his son’s fishing skills and has posted videos of Spencer in action via Instagram on multiple occasions. As recently as March 2024, Donald Trump, Jr. was sharing Spencer’s fishing exploits on Instagram. Looking at the kid in action, we can understand why dad is so proud!

Tristan Milos Trump: one of Donald Trump’s favorites
Remember when we said that Donald Trump, Jr. and his wife Vanessa have four kids? Tristan Milos Trump is the third of these children and was born in 2011. While it’s always hard for a proud grandpa to play favorites, Donald Trump seems particularly proud of young Tristan. Back in 2020, they took a number of photos together aboard Air Force One, and for his 12th birthday, Junior posted a photo online of Tristan hugging Donald Trump. And in June 2024, Trump cheered as Tristan practiced the family’s favorite sport: golf.
Donald John Trump III: the young hunter
One of Donald Trump, Junior and Vanessa’s children is Donald Trump III, but to keep things from being too confusing, he usually goes by “Donnie.” While some of Donald Trump, Senior’s other grandkids took up hobbies like golfing or fishing, young Donnie became a fan of his own dad’s favorite activity: hunting. Every year, father and son go hunting in North Carolina, but the young hunter still finds time for other activities with the family, including scuba diving and riding horses.

Kai Madison Trump: the booster
Kai Madison Trump is the oldest child of Donald Trump, Jr. and ex-wife Vanessa. She’s now old enough to be one of her grandpa’s biggest boosters, which is why she spoke so glowingly about Donald Trump at the 2024 Republican National Convention. As reported by CNN, she used her time at the RNC to discuss how Donald Trump is, to her, “just a normal grandpa.” He’s very interested in her academics, and when she “made the high honor roll, he printed it out to show his friends how proud he was of me.” But he isn’t afraid of being a little impish: according to Kai, “He gives us candy and soda when our parents aren’t looking.”
Arabella Rose Kushner: the wunderkind
By now, you’ve probably noticed that most of Donald Trump’s grandchildren are fairly talented. However, Arabella Rose Kushner, the daughter of Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, might be the most talented of all. She was born in 2011, and Ivanka took to Instagram last year to laud her daughter’s many talents, which include singing, playing piano, riding horses, and even practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu. If that’s not impressive enough, she was reciting poetry in Mandarin at the age of five!

Joseph Frederick Kushner: the creative one
Joseph Frederick Kushner is also the child of Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, and he seems to be the most creative one in the family. In fact, Ivanka praised his creativity when she took to Instagram to celebrate her son’s ninth birthday. “You are a paramount teacher of presence, kindness and awe,” she wrote. “Watching you grow into a creative, compassionate and inquisitive young man is a total joy. I love you to the moon and back again.”
Theodore James Kushner: the football fan
It can be tough to stand out when you have two other siblings, but Theodore James Kushner, son of Ivanka and Jared Kushner, makes it look easy. While his siblings are cultivating talents and creativity, young Theodore has cultivated a very American love of football…specifically, the Miami Dolphins. We know this because his parents posted adorable Instagram pics of his Dolphins-themed eighth birthday party. As usual, Ivanka posted a beautiful caption: “Your curiosity knows no bounds — from football to parkour, jujitsu, guitar, piano, Hebrew, Rubik’s cubes, Chinese, puzzles, and poker, just to name a few,” she wrote. “Every day, you amaze us with your relentless pursuit of learning, exploring, and mastering new skills.

Carolina Dorothy Trump: her name’s a story
Out of all of Donald Trump’s grandchildren, Carolina Dorothy Trump has the most interesting name. At the very least, her name has the most interesting story: the daughter of Eric and Lara Trump, the parents wanted their daughter’s name to reflect their own heritage. On the First Class Father podcast, Eric revealed more about what made her name so special. “My wife, obviously, she’s from North Carolina,” he said. “She worked very very hard, fought very very hard to win that state in 2016 for our family … That was an important name.”
