Justin Bieber accidentally became the new model for Kim Kardashian’s Skims underwear brand, thanks to a twist of fate when a billboard crew began changing an ad.
On Monday, Aug. 30, a crew set up a billboard ad featuring Justin Bieber for Balenciaga on the Andaz hotel in West Hollywood, Calif. The ad replaced one featuring female soccer star Alex Morgan modeling Skims undergarments.
When the crew started placing the Balenciaga ad on top of the Skims ad, the top half of Bieber’s body briefly appeared above the bottom half of Morgan’s body, making it appear that Bieber was modeling Skims, wearing only underwear and socks.
The resulting image went viral on Twitter, sparking reactions like “Justin Bieber for Skims Balenciaga is the happy accident you could only wish for on a Monday drive home” and “I’m so sorry for laughing but this is way too funny.”
Morgan herself seemed to find the mishap funny, sharing the image to her Instagram Story Wednesday, Sept. 1 with the caption “🤣🤣🤣 RIP upper half of my body.”

Although Bieber, 27, has yet to comment on the mishap, he can rest easy knowing that the crew finished adding the rest of his body to the ad.
