Because of the constant venomous back-and-forth, it’s easy to overlook something kind of surprising: Donald Trump’s family has learned from him in the worst possible way. Donald Trump’s legal struggles with his niece
When it comes to famous Trump family members, Mary Trump isn’t exactly a household name. She is Donald Trump’s niece and doesn’t have either the money or the fame that the former president’s children do. Nonetheless, she managed to hurt the man in the most public way by writing a tell-all book called Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World’s Most Dangerous Man.
In typical fashion, Donald Trump reacted by suing Mary, claiming that she violated a 2001 nondisclosure agreement and arguing that she should pay him $100 million in damages. Back in May, a judge ruled that the case could go far, but Mary’s lawyer seems confident her client will be fine. As for Mary herself, she took to YouTube to celebrate Donald Trump getting convicted of 34 felonies. “I’m so happy … This is the best flipping Christmas morning I’ve ever had in my life,” she said. “This scumbag finally got what’s coming to him.”
Sounds like one heck of a feud!

Ivanka and Melania fight for attention
Some of the Trump family feuds on this list are a bit more public than others. For example, it’s always been an open secret that Ivanka Trump is Donald’s favorite child, and she’s notably the only one who got offered a position in the White House after Trump was elected president. However, that meant that both she and Melania Trump would be vying for the spotlight at the same time, and we all saw just how weird their clashes were when their interactions on camera looked strained.
Apparently, Melania sarcastically dubbed Ivanka “the Princess,” and in her book American Woman: The Transformation of the Modern First Lady, from Hillary Clinton to Jill Biden, Katie Rogers claims that Melania and Ivanka would do weird things to gain more attention and send each other strange messages. This is allegedly why Melania was sporting that bizarre message “I really don’t care, do u?” on her jacket while visiting migrant children who had been previously detained.
Honestly, if Ivanka manipulated Melania into making herself look bad by wearing that jacket at the worst possible time, we’ll have to commend the younger woman on a job well done!
Melania vs. Ivana
And just as some Trump family feuds are more public than others, some are simply more obvious than others. Donald Trump, for example, has been married three times, and nobody really expected the wives to all get along. For that reason, it’s not really surprising that Ivana and Melania Trump were never fast friends.
Still, that didn’t prepare us for the jabs that the older woman took at Melania. On an episode of Good Morning America, Ivana threw down the gauntlet by saying “I’m basically first Trump wife, okay? I’m First Lady, okay?”
Those are Melania Trump’s two big claims to fame and Ivana was ready to snatch them away. Additionally, Time reports that Ivana insisted she could calm the White House chaos that Melania apparently couldn’t while insisting that she could give a long speech without a teleprompter. For anyone who has forgotten, this is a reference to Melania plagiarizing a speech from Michelle Obama, making this a very solid burn from the now-deceased Ivana.

There can be only one winner between Ivanka and Donald Jr.
Now that we have gotten through some of the Trump family’s more openly confirmed feuds, it’s time to tackle a more secret family clash. Basically, there have been rumors for nearly a decade that Ivanka Trump and Donald Trump, Jr. are constantly fighting for their father’s approval and that he is losing. After all, Ivanka got the job at the White House and was very prominently by her father’s side for the entirety of his presidency.
These days, the pendulum is swinging the other way…Ivanka doesn’t want to campaign anymore or go back to the White House, and Junior seems to have picked up the slack by trying to help his dad out. He could emerge the new favorite, which would be quite an accomplishment for someone whose famous father once described as “not the sharpest knife in the drawer.”
